Hey guys!
If you didn't know I have been in the ml scene about 7 years. From casual player, to competitive and along that journey BTK was my favorite team and I always looked up to them. I even have a BTK shirt from their match vs TOB that was held in Las Vegas HyperX Arena. It is one of my favorite merch items from mlbb scene.
BTK was wrongly banned from participating in EWC. Although people say "rule is rule", you must understand they had contract before EWC with HOK sponsor & it was for days off before EWC time. In our economy here in USA, you need money, not in-game diamonds. These content creators do what they can to get paid. Although it was a tight spot, they still were within reason for streaming HOK. The dates did not match to this so-called rule Moonton made.
Huge shame on MONEYTON for this. Pay your creators well, treat them better. NA shouldn't have to suffer so badly without resources to at least get some money instead of diamonds from a company that always delay these diamonds too for weeks or months. They never pay those on time. Content creators put alot of time and effort into their channels just to get told oh your diamonds will be delayed again. (I know this because I was KOL for Moonton & Tournament Host. Constant diamonds delay and lack of resources.) Moneyton doesn't care. There was no contract with them between BTK.
Separate content creation and tournaments. These players in economies that are tough, being paid nothing by the company, have to get income somewhere.
BTK/S8UL doesn't deserve to be DQ/banned for this. Shame on Moonton. I will stand with BTK.
Big shoutout to HOK/Tencent/EWC for trying their best to help BTK. Actually goated of them. Moonton though, rejecting all parties and already contacting other team to take their spot, is not goated 🗿. They have just tossed NA into a firepit and walked away while it burns.
