THANKS FOR 50K! 🍕

So our Rise & Fall of Police Academy video finally passed 50,000 views a few days ago 🎉

This one did a lot for Culture Slice - it took us to 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 hours of watch time, plus it's still introducing new people to the channel two years later 🚓

Cheers for all the views and support! 🍻

Our new video is very nearly ready to come out of the oven too...

LOST BOYS SEQUELPALOOZA will be with you this weekend 🧛

All being well, it'll be available tomorrow for Club Slice members, then Saturday evening (UK time) for everyone for free 📅

So hopefully see you very soon!

CULTURE SLICE GOES HORROR 🧟‍♀️

(Kind of...)

We've got two videos this week from our channels, with a new Sequelpalooza episode covering the three (yes, there are three...) Lost Boys movies coming to this channel in a few days once it's cleared all checks 🧛

Before that though, the new episode of Deep Cuts Ranked is available over on Taped Over right now ✅

This one scores four forgotten or underrated 80s horror movie theme songs and the films that inspired them to crown a winner 👑

You can check it out below 👇

Thanks for any and all support - starting a brand new YouTube channel and checking the stats can be pretty terrifying 😂

Have a great weekend!

CULTURE SLICE UPDATE 🍕

(Reupping this as some posts don't seem to be getting pushed out much lately - so if you see this one, drop a like or a comment to let me know you're out there 🫠)

Have you found yourself thinking "I wonder what's happening with Culture Slice" at all lately? Well, if you have - and even if you haven't - you're in luck.

Here's what's coming next from us 👇

🧟‍♂️ CULTURE SLICE GOES HORROR (sort of)
A mini season of two Halloween-themed videos currently in the edit...

🧛 SEQUELPALOOZA: The Lost Boys
This year's Halloween special from this channel will be a Sequelpalooza covering not just one of the coolest movies of the 80s but the two...yes, there are two...follow ups that came decades later and basically nobody remembers 💀

🎧 DEEP CUTS RANKED Halloween Special
On our new channel Taped Over, an episode where we score film and soundtrack song combinations from a varied selection of forgotten or underappreciated 80s horror movies of different shapes and sizes 👻

Hopefully both videos around a week away now 📅

ALSO IN PRODUCTION...
🎞️ Lost Comedies of the 1980s - featuring two of the most controversial movies we've covered so far, for very different reasons
💎 Ep 3 of Lost in the Shuffle for Club Slice members
🎵 Our debut full-length documentary on Taped Over

TL;DR 👇
🎃 NEXT on Taped Over: Deep Cuts Ranked Halloween special
🧛 NEXT on Culture Slice: Lost Boys Sequelpalooza

Thanks for the support with all our work, and for checking out our new channel Taped Over ✌️

Right, that's enough jawjacking from me for now...see you soon!

Thanks for 100 views on Taped Over!

That might not seem like a lot in the grand scheme of things, but for a new channel on the very first day it's awesome. Appreciate the early support.

Check out the first video on Taped Over if you haven't yet - the second episode of our new series ranking cool 80s soundtrack songs from forgotten 80s films 👇
