I'm Jack, a train driver heading toward retirement at 60, sharing the honest, ground-level reality of life in Australia. This channel is for the thinkers and the planners navigating the practical stuff: how to approach long-term renting when everyone tells you to buy, making sense of your superannuation, navigating tax reform, and building a retirement strategy that actually fits a my life.No hacks, no trends, just honest reflections from my journey in Melbourne. Whether you’re in the same stage of life or just looking for a different perspective, welcome. I’m just figuring it out as I go.Stay safe, people.

In todays video i talked about the notice to vacate
note the wording immediately selling the home and the second image saying it was ok to email the vacate notice rather than send it via registered post.

The response to the new video has been amazing—glad to hear so many of you are happy I'm safe after the Vespa incident! 🙏
I noticed a few of you spotting the Freo scarf in the background... so I have to ask: Who are you backing this season? 🏈
Also, what did you think of the new car reveal? Any suggestions for what I should film next?"
