I was out for a walk the other day and came across this momma deer and her baby. ❤️ It almost looks like the little one is cuddling up to Mom when they noticed us. 🥰🦌
And the eagles were in their nest right on our street. 🦅
We definitely have some pretty amazing wildlife around here. ❤️
Have you been seeing much wildlife where you live?
@EchosofEden7 here is some of wildlife you wanted to see 😊

Remember that 19" zucchini I picked a few days ago? 😂
I only used ⅓ of that monster for a double batch of chocolate zucchini muffins — 32 regular muffins + 24 mini muffins! The minis are going in the freezer for school snacks, and they're officially kid approved. ❤️
And that's not even all of it! The rest is already prepped:
4 cups is shredded for zucchini fritters
& remaing ⅓ cut into sticks for fried zucchini
Talk about getting your money's worth out of one zucchini! 😂
What do you make when your garden starts giving you more zucchini than you know what to do with?

I love having a garden, especially when you run out of something in the middle of making dinner! 🥔
I was able to quickly run out to the garden and harvest a potato grow bag I knew was almost ready at around 87 days after planting.
This was my first of many potato harvests this season, and this bag gave me just over 2 lbs of potatoes. I probably could have left them a bit longer for larger potatoes, but they were buttery and delicious!
You can’t get much fresher than harvest to pan in 5 minutes! 🌱 Potatoes are definitely one of my favourite things to grow.

Just picked my FIRST Orange Hat micro-dwarf tomatoes 🍅 from my Aerogarden.
They’re tiny plants but absolutely loaded 👀
Soil plants started same time only started growing tomatoes.
Have you ever grown micro-dwarf tomatoes?

🌸 Does your weather feel like “early gardening weather” right now? 🌸
I’m in British Columbia, Canada +10°C (50F) right now and my weather app is literally saying it’s good gardening weather… in early February 😳
That’s definitely not normal here.

🍅 Starting my micro-dwarf tomatoes!
4 of my many favorite varieties to grow in 2-gallon pots are:
Red Robin, Orange Hat, Canary Yellow, and Minibel Naine 🌱
These seeds came from two of my favorite seed companies (I also have a video sharing my Top 5 Seed Companies I Order From).
I’m starting these early for Mother’s Day–ready plants, but in zone 6b you can start them around March 17 for May transplanting.
I have two videos on micro-dwarf tomatoes:
• How to Grow Micro-Dwarf Tomatoes Indoors
• How to Transplant Micro-Dwarf Tomatoes Step by Step
Using my favorite Dollarama pots again—cheap, colorful, and perfect for small spaces.
❓️ What’s your favorite variety of micro-dwarf tomatoes?
