It's with a heavy heart that I share the news of Ariyon's passing. This bright and adventurous 9 year old Pokémon fan from my home state of Virginia touched the lives of everyone around him. Despite his diagnosis with a rare brain tumor, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, Ariyon displayed remarkable courage. The memories of our visits and the photos in this post will hold a special place in my heart. As a father, I can’t even begin to fathom the pain of losing a child. My heart goes out to Ariyon's family during such a difficult time
