I normally upload my videos on Fridays, but after last night's monsoon rolled through, I decided to move this week's upload up a day.
The storm caused flooding, downed power poles, fallen trees, and damage throughout the community, so I grabbed the camera this morning to document what happened while everything was still fresh.
I also take you around the homestead to show the damage on my property and, on a more positive note, how the rainwater harvesting swales performed after such an incredible amount of rain.
I think getting this one out while the event is still fresh makes the most sense, so the video will be live today at 5:00 PM (Arizona time).
I'll simply move this week's originally planned gardening video to next Friday.
