"Now more than ever, we need to talk to each other, to listen to each other and understand how we see the world. Cinema is the best medium for doing this." -Martin Scorsese
My name is Alex Popp, owner of the coolest voice on the internet (not bragging, just saying what everyone thinks). As a visual person, cinema is my passion, my way of learning about the world, and my way of reaching out to the world. I'll talk in depth about arthouse films, joke around about old Christian children's shows, and geek out over Jurassic Park, Star Wars, and Transformers. As a child of God, my goal is to bring people together through the art of entertainment. I'd love to talk, so I hope you'll comment and subscribe.

The beginning of this trailer actually kind of drew me in. And then it reminded me, "Oh yeah, the movie is all about rock n roll for some dufflepud-brained reason."

What slasher film from the aughts am I checking out for the first time tonight? Here, I'll spell it out.
Edit: actually, "psycho thriller" rather than "slasher film"

So J.A. Bayona is reportedly the frontrunner to direct JP8. I'm all for that, but what the movie is in dire need of is a team of writers who have some actual ideas and more than just a Wikipedia summary-level knowledge of the lore and timeline.

Do I dare with the ACME Dynamite Dog? Well, if I've learned anything from Wile E. Coyote, even if my mouth combusts, I'll be totally okay in the timespan of a fade to black.
So glad this movie made it to theaters.

Whenever I have a pickup scheduled at the Walgreens pharmacy, I go to the counter only to find that there's nothing for me to pick up. And then, when I finish a delivery there and the pharmacy hasn't scheduled a pickup, they have to stop me from leaving without the packages that they need me to pick up. Nearly every time.
