One of our members broke down the actual math on their microsites.
Their leads get priced by the city the microsite ranks in, somewhere between 70 and 150 dollars a lead.
And their read on it: once they're at around 200 sites live, signed up with companies on the top lead drivers, they figure it lands near 20k a month after expenses, and still growing.
What I like here is how plain it is. Boring niches, simple sites, leads that pay per city.

One of our members audited their own directory site and did not love what they found.
1,770 pages, about 65 clicks in three months, no schema anywhere, and the service and city pages only existed as filter URLs that Google read as one page.
So instead of patching it, they are rebuilding the whole thing in Claude Code. Around 4,777 pages, one file and template change updating every page, and only real vetted-contractor combos get indexed so nothing is thin.
They audited their own site first. The rebuild came out of the numbers, not a hunch.

One of our members built out their whole process for making sites without WordPress.
Had to learn Github, Astro, VS Code, the terminal, and hosting.

What I like about this:

Two ways of getting paid, same month.
One of our members had their best month so far. €2,800 in microsite commissions.
Then another €4,297 in web design work, closed and paid.
What I like about this:
The web design money lands right away. The commissions keep landing after the build is finished.
Neither one is huge on its own. Together they start to look like an actual business.

4,400 impressions in AI Overviews over 28 days.
One of our members has been using ChatGPT to work their pages into AI Overviews. That is the number they are sitting on so far.
Those are impressions, not clicks. My read on the call was the same one I would give here: let's see if the clicks follow.
Still worth watching though. Being the page an AI answer pulls from looks like a decent spot to be in, and a few of our members are already testing what it is worth.

One of our members had a decade of SEO experience and an Upwork profile that sat there for years with nothing to show for it.

One of our members has a UK partner sitting on 20 AC leads and around 250k in the pipeline.
The partner is oversubscribed and happy about it, and recommended our member to two more partners.
The referrals are the part I would focus on.
One partner doing well turned into three, off a recommendation.
With the family overheads covered, they are putting the spare capacity and Claude into their own sites in cities where they have no partner yet.

Two brand new sites, both indexed within days.
One of our members set up two sites a couple of days apart and submitted both in Google Search Console.
Both got indexed a few days later.
The first is sitting at 79 for its main keyword. The second at 27, and higher for another keyword.
What made it interesting:
They asked whether to keep working on them or leave them alone.
My read is let them cook. Early impressions on a brand new site say more than the position does.
