Happy of happiest birthday to the world’s greatest husband, best friend and life partner I could’ve prayed for! 22 birthdays we’ve shared celebrating you. Been coast to coast, traveled by land and sea, created many moons of memories and over 2 decades of love… and I still can’t get enough! I’ve been calling you my Superman since we were 13 and you still, at your big age of 35, continue to live up to every promise you made to me as kids and the dreams we set. I am so happy to share this life with you and soooo proud of you, your growth, your dedication, your commitment to excellence, your devotion to our family, and most importantly, how you give yourself time and grace to learn the things you want to pursue and go after it with your whole heart. A decade ago, I launched Muscle Up Mommy as a fitness program. Today, we’re a leading media and innovation brand powering conversations, community and ambition through all stages of motherhood.

I created a full ecosystem of support from maternity and postpartum wear, custom tummy control activewear, the first black owned completely cordless wearable breast pump, an annual business and wellness festival MUMFEST, and more!

I graduated with my masters degree when my twins were 20 months old. Went through the entire program with two newborns. 4 months after they were born, launched two businesses.

When people ask what I do…. I do whatever God leads me to. A true multi-hyphenate and passionate about my craft!
