this week has been a little intense, I had a huge test on Wednesday, my husband was traveling, and my kids started school so I let the days get away from me and failed to plan for today’s video. But I will try to get that up tomorrow!

Today we remember Saint Joachim and Saint Anne, Mary’s parents and the grandparents of Jesus. Scripture never tells us a single word they spoke but their quiet faith helped prepare the way for the greatest treasure the world would ever receive: Christ Himself.
In today’s Gospel, Jesus says the Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure hidden in a field and a pearl of great price. Saint Joachim and Saint Anne remind us that the greatest treasures are often formed in hidden, normal ordinary lives of faithfulness. May we never underestimate what God can do through our daily “yes” because generations may be blessed by our fidelity 🤍🙏🏻
Unfortunately, my video for today will need to be pushed until tomorrow. We are on our last day of vacation and even though I pre-filmed and edited, I didn't realize that the actual uploading of the video would require faster wifi than the hotel offers. So this week, we will have our 5 Sacred Heart themed videos posted Tuesday-Saturday instead of M-F. :)
I hope you all had a wonderful Feast of Corpus Christi yesterday, and I'll see you tomorrow <3
