Thanks for the love on the new video format! It's not gonna be the main thing going forward or anything, but I think it's fun to check out Reddit posts and general player sentiment across social media and just talk about all the different nuances.

I feel that too often, players get way lost in the sauce about X thing being terrible or Y thing being amazing and it becomes a very "us vs them" thing that just doesn't need to be that way. Life's too short to always be angry (and uninformed)

Contents gonna slow down for a bit as I take some time to play through some single player games while we wait for new HSR WuWa and Endfield characters.

Thanks for all of the support on my recent Endfield short video essay. I was not expecting so many people to resonate with my concerns for the game.

There's also quite a few people who think that video was an Endfield hate video where I was complaining about needing more fomo-- the listening comprehension level of some gacha players needs to be studied

Anyways, I'm going to go live for the Endfield 1.5 stream and I'm super excited for what they'll have to show this time around. Before then, I'll be addressing common misconceptions about the video. I'm not a drama channel, anyone who watches my content knows this, so I will do my best to avoid the bad faith actors when discussing the main points.

Do yourselves a favor: if you're a fan of Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, play the WuWa x Edgerunners collab. It was genuinely incredible. Perhaps my favorite gacha game story experience ever. It didn't even feel like a gacha game.

There will be no end to this glaze, Kuro genuinely did Edgerunners SO MUCH JUSTICE with this story. The characterization, the music, the themes, setting, boss fights, everything felt so perfectly crafted.
