That may be the new definition of wealth.
I recently read a New York Times essay about a new world order taking shape, one where old assumptions, alliances and rules are becoming less certain.
A second residence or citizenship is not about expecting the worst…. Or?
It is about creating options while you still have the luxury of choosing. Yes luxury and may be you will never need it…
Because in an unpredictable world, freedom is not only where you are today.
It is knowing you have somewhere else to go tomorrow. Agree?

Will Caribbean passports by investment disappear within the next two years?
The question is no longer hypothetical.
The European Commission has reportedly asked the five Eastern Caribbean CBI jurisdictions to phase out their programs by June 1, 2028, while requiring additional safeguards as early as September 2026.
This marks a significant shift, from improving CBI programs to questioning their long-term future.
Caribbean governments continue to defend CBI as a vital economic development tool and point to the extensive reforms already implemented.
The next two years could reshape the global investment migration industry. I’ll be following every development closely.
