I’ve met so many people who want to sell their home but are waiting until they’ve saved enough for the repairs that would get it market-ready.
Friend, you don’t have to wait anymore, because now there’s a solution! ⭐️🧙🪄
It’s called eXp Ready, and it gives you up to $50,000 for staging, paint, repairs and landscaping, with nothing due until closing. You pick any contractor you trust, it won’t touch your credit score, and the application takes about five minutes. You pay it back from your sale proceeds, so you don’t have to come up with any cash up front.
If repairs are the only thing keeping you from your next chapter, let’s talk. Comment or DM me READY and I’ll walk you through it 💛
Terms and eligibility apply.

Most people moving to Henderson have heard of Cadence and Inspirada. Far fewer know the story of Green Valley. 👀
When I was a kid, this was the brand-new community I dreamed of living in one day. This week I went back to where it all started, and some of what I found surprised even me. A golf hole you have to see to believe. A chocolate factory hiding a garden. Ultimately, a history that shaped how Henderson grows today.

A lot has changed over the years, but one thing hasn’t: my love for people, meaningful connections, and creating a life I love. ❤️
Real estate has been a big part of my life for years, and while I absolutely love helping people buy and sell homes, 🏠 I’ve realized that what I love most isn’t necessarily the houses. It’s the people, their stories, the relationships, and the communities we get to call home.
Over the years, I’ve had some pretty cool 😎 opportunities, including hosting a national television show 📺. But lately, I’ve been pouring more of my creative energy into my YouTube channel, Las Vegas Living Group, and WOW, what a journey that’s been!
What started as a way to share my love and knowledge of Las Vegas has turned into something so much bigger. I’ve connected with people from all over the country, built relationships with viewers who feel like they already know me, and even helped some of them find their place here in Vegas. How cool is that?!
And somewhere along the way, I’ve realized that I don’t want to just sell homes. I want to tell stories, highlight the people and businesses that make our city special, stay involved in my community, and hopefully make a positive impact while I’m at it.
Most of all, 🤍I’m a wife, mom, a woman of faith, and someone who loves Jesus, family time, good conversations, new adventures, and probably has more ideas than hours in the day. 😂
I’m still learning, still growing, and still dreaming BIG. And I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities, relationships, and people God continues to bring into my life.
So whether you’ve known me for years, found me through real estate, stumbled across one of my videos, or have absolutely no idea how we ended up connected on here (because let’s be real, social media is funny like that 🤣), I’m glad you’re here and I’m excited to bring you along for the ride! 🫶🏼

A $94 million land deal. A brand new Strip intersection. A $70 million entertainment complex opening next month right here in Henderson.
That's only half of what I'm covering in this week's video. If you're relocating to this valley or you just like knowing what's actually going on around you, don't skip this one. Watch it now.

Everyone waiting for 5% rates needs to watch this before they wait any longer. I broke down what that wait is really costing Henderson move-up buyers, dollars and all, plus the truth about that portable mortgage bill everyone keeps asking me about. New video is live now.
