Every blue underlined item is a link. On a computer, tablet or
phone, simply tap or click it to open the website or write an
email.
If the link does not work, every web address, phone number and
email is also written out in full, so you can type it or ring instead.
Each group has a coloured label at the bottom of its box:
CONFIRMED means I saw the details on the group's own website
in September 2026.
PLEASE CHECK FIRST or NOT YET CONFIRMED means the

All times are given in the group's own time zone and in
UK/Ireland time (Belfast, Dublin and London share the same

1. If you only try one thing
The Goldsmith Global Online Tape Group is the
longest-running and best-organised meeting. It is free, it is
licensed to play Joel's own recordings, and you can join by
ordinary telephone if you are not comfortable with computers.
For UK and Ireland listeners the easiest session is 4:00 pm on the
1st and 3rd Saturday of each month.
Goldsmith Global Online Tape Group
When The first four Saturdays of every month.

1st and 3rd Saturdays: 8:00 am US Pacific = 4:00 pm
UK/Ireland
2nd and 4th Saturdays: 6:00 pm US Pacific = 2:00 am
UK/Ireland (early Sunday)
The same recording is played two weeks running, so UK
listeners can hear every recording at the 4 pm session.
Fifth Saturdays are not part of the regular programme,
but special sessions are sometimes announced.

What
happens

15 minutes of meditation, then a Joel Goldsmith class
recording (about 1 hour) heard in silence, then 5 minutes
of meditation. Free.

How to join By computer, tablet, smartphone or ordinary telephone.

2. How to join an online meeting
Most groups meet on Zoom. You do not need to be good with
computers.
Step 1. Click or tap the Zoom link the group gives you (or copy it
into your web browser).
Step 2. If asked, allow the Zoom app to install or open. On a
phone or tablet, you can get the free 'Zoom Workplace' app from
your app store first.
Step 3. Type your name when asked, then press Join.
Step 4. Choose Join with computer audio (or 'Wi-Fi or cellular
data' on a phone) so you can hear.
Step 5. Keep your microphone muted (the microphone button at
the bottom left) unless invited to speak.
Step 6. No camera is needed. You can leave it off.
Joining by telephone
Goldsmith Global lets you join by ordinary phone. The dial-in
numbers are given on its joining page
(goldsmithglobal.org/join-meeting/), or ring Marty on +1 408 420
5539 for help. Other groups: ask the organiser if they have a
phone number.
Getting the time right
The UK and the USA change their clocks on different weekends.
For about one week in late October/early November and about
three weeks in March, US meetings will be one hour earlier than
shown here. If in doubt, arrive early.

I'm joined by my friend Russell Neese — Infinite Way student and practitioner — for a relaxed, unscripted conversation. No performance, no polish. Just two people talking honestly about the work of Joel Goldsmith, and what it actually looks like lived out.

Here's the thing about contrast: our own life is the only measuring stick we've got. Every struggle, every breakthrough, every quiet moment of clarity — it's ours, shaped by exactly what we've been through. But when we put that experience on the table and share it, something shifts. The differences stop mattering as much as the connection underneath them. I think that's close to what Goldsmith meant by the invisible — the thing that links us once we stop performing and start sharing.

That's what this is. Not me teaching at you. Us, sharing with each other.

A Contrast In Time


Midway upon the road of mortal years,
I found myself where glassed towers pierced the sky,
And ancient voices drowned in engines’ jeers.


Before me stood two gates of Time gone by:
One wrought of stone, where scribes in candlelight
Did chart the stars and let their prayers fly.


The other gleamed with cold electric white,
Where numbers flickered, soulless, without name,
And men bowed down to screens that stole their sight.


“Behold,” my Guide intoned, with voice like flame,
“The first built empires on the Word and dream,
The second builds a cage and calls it fame.”


In Dublin’s streets I saw the ancient stream
Still murmuring beneath the concrete shell,
While Wicklow’s hills bore witness, vast, supreme.


“O Socrates,” I cried, “what truth can dwell
Where every hour is bought, and sold, and timed?
Where souls are counted, yet no bell will tell?”


And Dante’s shade replied, in measure rhymed:
“Each age believes itself the final hour,
Yet Time’s a circle, not a line unclimbed.


The towers fall. The mountains keep their power.
The lie is loud. The truth endures in stone.
Choose, Pilgrim: serve the clock, or seek the tower.”


So I turned from the neon to the known,
From census-lies to winds on Wicklow’s crest,
And heard eternity speak in bone and bone.


For all that’s modern soon is laid to rest,
But what was sung in spirit, carved in light,
Outlasts the age, the algorithm, the jest.
