Introducing FAST Elevate Africa
FAST Elevate Africa is a Pan-African social enterprise and start-up advancing resilient and responsive health systems through a human-centered approach to building a Future-ready, Adaptive, Skilled, and Transformed (FAST) workforce. Health systems are only as strong as the workforce that drives them. Global evidence highlights that gaps in health, education, and workforce skills could limit future economic and health outcomes (World Bank, WHO). Strengthening human resources for health is therefore both a health and economic priority.
Our work sits at the intersection of health systems strengthening, HRH development, digital health and digital literacy, leadership, including women’s leadership, and scalable learning systems. We actively address the gender digital divide, empowering women leaders and professionals with the skills, knowledge, and tools to drive sustainable transformation.
