Last night I just remember a few short experiences. In one sleep paralysis episode I used 360 vision and just saw myself as a misty shadow with silver sparkles. I woke myself up by speaking "Yes!" lol. Later in the early morning hours I became lucid while I was already astral projecting. I was on some tour that got detoured to Bologna, Italy. There were loads of astral security officers around which made me wonder what happened?! Nobody told me but they were spreading the word that they had made a safe area for visitors. I drifted over there and they had a nice buffet with gleaming white tables, drinks and food set up in a park area that was entirely protected and surrounded by security. I was impressed but I woke up before I could ask more questions about it all. I had dark chocolate late in the afternoon yesterday which has enough caffeine to bother me if I have it in the afternoon. I'm pretty sure that is what caused the sleep paralysis. Mmmm.... Chocolate! 🍫 🤎 🥰

🏨 Step Into the Interdimensional Unknown: The Steel Grand
Ever wondered what it feels like to slip out of the material plane and wander through the corridors of an alternate dimension? I turned one of my most vivid astral projections into a playable interactive fiction experience: The Steel Grand. 🗝️✨
Pack light, leave your physical anchor behind, and step into a Surreal Hotel where reality bends around every corner. Whether you're exploring the uncanny rooms or listening to the original soundtrack and companion podcast episode, it's a teaser for my next game about a full sensory trip through the cosmos.

9-18-26 Astral Log: I don't remember too much about last night's astral projections except for visiting one of the animal rescue areas at a sprawling country estate. There were mainly kittens, cats and dogs. I remember a big brown hound dog with super soulful eyes. Since I couldn't tell if he was happy or not I asked him, "Are YOU a happy dog?" He gave one excited resounding bark and ran off to play. I think that was a Yes. :-) Have a great day.

I've been brainstorming a potential next episode about the Grey Aliens. Not sure if I will do it or not. The experience I had in this vid came back to me. My idea: "I astral projected to the Moon during a full moon and discovered a Grey alien hospital. They wanted to examine my teeth. I declined their Grey Alien Dental Program." I'm still working on my humor! The episode below covers that but I could expand upon my experiences with Greys. Seems it has been done a lot though. Another idea is... Busting Astral Projection Myths. For example I do use Fluoride toothpaste and have most of my life. I tried baking soda toothpaste for a while many yrs ago but did not notice a difference.

Hello. For those that prefer to have more updates - even if they are about mundane, short astral projections or my daily activities like meditation - I will post them here from now on. :-)
Today I've been updating some of my older episodes with new thumbnails and timestamps. Here are a few I updated with timestamps today that I sure wish would have had more views as I covered a lot of material in-depth in some of these.

Hi there. Summer break is over and I'm back reporting on my astral projections again. For those that don't know my channel has not monetized yet. YT will be increasing what is needed for that; so, it would be great if I could before that happens. Please let me know if there are any particular types of sharings you'd like such as more how-tos in addition to my logs, more meditations etc. I'm considering a daily update but maybe that would be too much to keep up with? Please let me know. I'll add a mini poll here.
