Returning to the topic of 9/11 and #PowerRangers.

If Time Force had many of its episodes heavily re-edited due to the terrorist attacks towards the World Trade Center, think a little no further during the days of the Disney Era of Power Rangers.

Particularly when bringing up the times Saban Era seasons Pre-Time Force appeared for reruns. While most seasons' episodes would get a pass, some episodes I believe were censored or dropped during Jetix reruns:

Countdown to Destruction, Parts 1 & 2(In Space)
Journey's End, Part 2 (Lost Galaxy)
Trakeena's Revenge, Part 2 (Lightspeed Rescue)

Did I miss any episodes?

Episodes would remain intact for DVD and streaming as is but sucks Time Force still remains heavily censored .

Although #PowerRangersLostGalaxy #FanFilm #PRLG2024 is already available on my YouTube channel, 7 months after upload, now reached 1,000 views as of this post, 4 years after many delays/personal setbacks, it is with a heavy heart to let go of this fancast and custom figure bearing likeness of said actress.

While I finally got to do a PRLG where I found my #Trakeena out of her via photographs for fancasting and custom figures, the reason for not continuing this incarnation of the legendary Lost Galaxy villainess in tenfold.

Two reasons for this: I have heard somewhere in the dark corners of Ranger fandom online for those who have seen it while I was away for most of this year, there was heavy BACKLASH toward how I had Trakeena portrayed and how the actress isn't Amy in the role (pun intended cause last name).

Here's the thing for the Purists: I cannot afford Amy Miller-Rolle in real life to do such a PRLG fan project. I would have to pay her $1,000s with some fee to be in a project based on her season. On top of that, this Trakeena is to remain separate from the Main Universe version she played on TV. The material given in the film - such as the Fatal Attraction stuff - would be utmost disrespect to what Amy's Trakeena, her iconic portrayal, stood for. It's for the best not to bring her in this.

Most Power Rangers fans need to understand my fan film's are zero profit, indie productions done by one person, Me. Been at this for 15+ years.

Two, Abigail Spencer, the actress I fancast as the iconic Power Rangers Villainess since 2021, sadly in real life is now too old/aged out. She is 45, as of this post. I will continue to support Abigail's real life acting work, including her new series Best Medicine, which is on Fox, just that time has passed to the point fancasting Spencer as Trakeena until she is nearing 50 in 5 years will rub lots off for future installments.

Three is Backlash.The darker direction I went did cause the film to falter with fans. Many who expected my latest fan film expected the traditional family-friendly canon depiction of the villain brought from TV to fan film.

How 9/11 Changed Time Force and my perspective on this season of #PowerRangers, 25 years later.

Today is 25 years since that fateful terror toward the two towers of the World Trade Center. I was only in 3rd grade, then now aged 9 in Elementary School, moved to said new school when it all started. It was nothing like it. I was so young to witness the news of the destruction on TV, my parents pulled me out of school to inform me of what had occurred. Came home very early and that catastrophic disaster forever changed me, so had the millions of us Americans.

Then, this brings me to Time Force, Season 9 of Power Rangers. Months before 9/11 in 2001, Time Force aired weekly in its initial Saturday morning only-new episode format. Reruns would be on weekdays no less. I wasn't huge on Time Force when it started and as it went at first, though the characters, Megazords and arsenal they had were shiny metal futuristic awesome. Came the episode "Destiny Defeated" (9/8/01), something was about to change, none of us would had predicted.

The previous 29 or so episodes prior to "Destiny Defeated" had to be re-edited due to 9/11. Thus, why we are stuck forever with the following cuts of those episodes. Episodes after "Destiny Defeated" remain as they are presented, just that the first 29 or so episodes had some HEAVY re-cuts to do.

I was so against Time Force at first. I always thought of it as a very overblown season of Power Rangers. No matter how great of a show it was, it did in fact surpassed it's predecessors - Lost Galaxy and Lightspeed Rescue, though they stumbled in their original airings with the masses. But thanks to DVD and streaming, Lost Galaxy and Lightspeed Rescue have reached new profound appreciation in today's Power Rangers fandom. After "Destiny Defeated", I quickly to like Time Force but very late into the season before the end until my own personal tragedy - the death of my own mother after a 2 year battle with cancer.

After Time Force ended it's 40 episode run, in the 25 years since, rewatching the season many times and I grew to love it a lot more than I should've. 9/11 and the death of my Mom the following 2ml shaped my perception.

My friends, it is with great sadness.

40 years ago, #TransformersTheMovie was released on this month of that fateful day, August 8, 1986. The movie, still to this very day remains a turning point for the franchise. Not only it killed off many beloved favorites from the first two seasons of the original Generation One cartoon, it killed off its heroic leader, the big Red and Blue truck, #OptimusPrime.

Children of 1986 were traumatized and burned by Prime dying so damn hard, Season 3 felt melancholic and dreary to watch. When Prime returned as a Zombie, that scarred them further. The Season 3 ending 2-parter ensured of a proper return. The damage remained undone, causing the end of rhe original series.

Here we all are, 40 years later, after the Movie. The man behind Prime. The voice of our childhoods, parted our world. If Prime's death traumatized 1986 audiences, the death of his iconic voice actor traumatized everyone, including me, just now. August 26, 2026.

#PeterCullen was and always will be Optimus, till all are one. He just beat Cancer. For some reason, at 85, that didn't seem to be the case. Losing him now is like how we '90s kids lost #KevinConroy - Batman. Cullen lasted 40+ years playing Optimus Prime - The original cartoon, the live action movies, Prime, WFC games, all that.

We lost Dolly, Tim and Hayden this week. 2026 death toll of the latter month made it to four. Prime himself.

He is now one with the matrix. This pains me and everyone.

Thank you Peter Cullen. Rest in power.

Trakeena & Villamax was announced last year in 2025
Episode title reveals was early this year.

Will start scripting all six episodes hopefully before the end of the Summer in late September.

Haven't started filming/creating new figures/AI integration for some parts yet. Yes, some AI will be used, particularly backgrounds and a AI actress face for Trakeena.

Series will out in 2027, TBA.

Power Rangers Lost Galaxy 3 fan film title reveal -

Power Rangers Lost Galaxy: Evil Game is the next installment of my Lost Galaxy saga in the #PowerRangersLightningUniverse, following Power Rangers Lost Galaxy 2024 and Power Rangers Lost Galaxy: The Magna Defender, with bridged continuity from the upcoming web-series Trakeena & Villamax.

PREMISE:
It is to be set immediately after The Magna Defender film, the Lost Galaxy Rangers - Leo, Kendrix, Kai, Maya and Damon, along with Mike, find themselves embrace a much greater challenge. The return of Trakeena, the new villain Deviot, and familiar villains from other parts of Power Rangers history, one in particular from Mighty Morphin, existing from a pocket dimension bent on challenging the Rangers to join their Galactic Destruction Tour all across Terra Venture.

Trakeena puts Terra Venture under lockdown and in her control. The story will feature immense drama and action while retaining traditional Power Rangers elements.

PITCH:
Aside from darker drama and action elements, the film will feature an Addams Family-style/screwball wedding comedy subplot for the villains Trakeena and Villamax, inspired by the likes of classic wedding comedy shows and films such as Monster In Law, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Wedding Crashers, and the short lived 2006-2007 series Big Day.

This chapter of the Lost Galaxy saga will my most chaotic Power Rangers fan film to date yet.

PROGRESS:
Script is done, filmimg is set to begin in late 2026, release for Spring 2027.

This 2027, their greatest battle will begin. Go, Galactic!
