Many of you have watched and left comments for episode 1 in our new 15-minute recipe video series. If you haven't seen it here it is: https://youtu.be/3B5D7Ay3K8c. Episode 2 of the series has already been filmed, but I want you to pick the idea for episode 3.
Many of you expressed that you didn't like that the ingredients were prepped ahead of time. Going forward, we are going to do most of the prep in real time, starting in episode 3; I'll probably fail in most of these since prep does take more time.

James will step in at the end to give his no-holds-barred verdict on whether these true under-15-minute dishes are worth your time.
We’ll still publish our regular instructional videos, but after over five years on YouTube, it’s time to shake things up. If you have any other ideas, please share your thoughts below.
