Hey everyone! Lots of content coming your way. My WEFTEC video is juuuust about there. Hoping to post that tomorrow or Wednesday. I have another interview with an Ohio operator coming out soon. AND tomorrow night I'm recording a panel interview with some heavy hitters (2 Ops Managers and 2 Senior Operators) to answer some comments I've gotten about difficulty getting interviews and salary expectations in our industry. Keep your eyes open for those videos which will probably drop in November!
And now on to the technical content: what do you all want next? I teased an activated sludge troubleshooting episode in my last video, but I know some of you want chlorine disinfection and its relationship to ORP sensors. So, vote below on what you want next, and I'll get working on it!

We did the Grades I&II today and had 7 folks join and it was a lot of fun. I really enjoy talking directly to y'all and seeing your faces over Zoom. I'll have another Grade III/Class B and Grades I&II / Class C in the coming month or two!
