You might be thinking:
“Those 40+ companies that rejected me simply didn’t see my value.”
Absolutely wrong.
Every single interview taught me something.
I observed what they were asking.
I understood where I was making mistakes.
And I worked on improving for the next one.
I was not the same person in my 1st interview and my 40th interview.
Rejection taught me.
Then came my first job.
I performed poorly for almost 3 months.
But my Branch Manager, Amar Sir, and my Team Leader, Rabbani Bro, continued to trust me.
That one year under their guidance taught me so much.
This taught me something very important:
Be around people who believe in you.
Whether it’s your workplace, relationships, or business…
Your environment and your circle can either make you or break you.
Another lesson I learned:
If you’re 20–25 and thinking about entrepreneurship, I strongly recommend starting your career with sales.
Sales teaches you communication, rejection, negotiation, understanding people, and how businesses actually work.
Talk to almost any successful founder and you’ll hear how important sales is.
And those media features?
They didn’t happen overnight.
I started in 2017.
My first major media features came in 2022.
5 years of consistent work.
Many late nights.
Many experiments.
Many failures.
So please…
Believe in what you’re building.
Don’t make a decision about yourself too early.
Give yourself enough time.
Give yourself your maximum effort.
Consistency matters.
And there is no substitute for hard work.
Don’t try to escape hard work.
Hard work will take you places.
Another lesson I learned:
Stop waiting for perfection.
“I’ll start when everything is perfect.”
That day will never come.
If you have to choose between speed and perfection…
Choose speed.
You can improve and become better along the way.
Now, there is another problem I’ve been thinking about for a long time.
I know many incredibly talented freelancers.
They are genuinely good at what they do.
But they struggle to get the right clients.
They find projects, but not always the projects they’re proud of.
They earn, but often without consistency.
They’re surviving instead of building a career.
At the same time, we recently spoke with 200+ business owners.
And we found the other side of the same problem.
They are struggling to find the right digital marketing talent.
The talent exists.
The opportunities exist.
But there is a huge gap between the two.
So we asked ourselves:
Why can’t we help the right talent find the right clients?
And why can’t we help businesses find the right talent?
That’s what we’re working towards.
