In 2016, I stumbled into the world of bookstagram and fell in love with the bookish community. I started a blog to share my reading adventures, and not long after, I discovered book sleeves. My first thought? I should make one! Before I knew it, friends & family were asking for their own, which soon lead to our little bookish shop. Fast forward, and we’ve now had the joy of creating thousands of cozy, bookish goodies for readers all over the world!

Wings of Ash & Flame is such a great story. It is filled with slow burn romance, plot twists, secrets, and magical creatures... everything that romantasy readers enjoy. It has quickly become one of my favorite reads of the year! 📖
This book would be great for fans of Fourth Wing as it is also set at a war college with flyers (with the main character being a phoenix rider), it is similar to Throne of Glass as it relates to lost family and hidden secrets, and would also be perfect for fans of Quicksilver because the enemies are vampires and deadly creatures with extra powers. 🐦🔥

The last few days I’ve been listening to an ALC of Wings of Ash & Flame by Jocelyn Bleu and I’ve been LOVING it! 😍🎧

Checkered Hearts is about two F1 racecar drivers who's rival started while chatting online. Soon life brings them together in an unexpected twist and they must work together in order to get what they both want. The forced proximity leads them to spending a lot of time together and soon they are experiencing feelings that neither one was expecting. 🏎️
As a racing fan myself, I really enjoyed this book. It included interesting views and situations that actual drivers might experience during races and PR events. There was a lot of fun banter, but at times the conversation topics felt a little immature and didn't really add to the story which is why I didn't give it a full 5 stars. Overall, I'd highly recommend Checkered Hearts to my fellow race fans that enjoy a little romance. ♥️

I didn’t write a review the first time around so I definitely wanted to this time; plus I wanted the chance to show off this STUNNING Avalanche hockey version of the book. We had SO much fun at the special Fourth Wing night last year and had the honor of meeting Rebecca Yarros too! 🥰

It’s your typical sports romance where the star athlete and bookworm fall for each other. 🥅
When I first read the description for this book I had really high hopes for the story, but was sadly disappointed. The characters seemed immature for their ages and like more of juniors in high-school, rather than juniors in college. Overall it was a cute story, but it definitely didn’t work as a college romance. ♥️
