🚨 Justice Delayed or Justice Denied? The Shocking Truth of Indian Courts! 🚨
India's judicial system is buckling under the weight of a massive backlog. As of March 2026, there are over 55.8 MILLION (5.58 Crore) pending cases across all Indian courts

Here is the harsh reality of our justice system: 🤯 At the current disposal rate, it would take over 324 years to clear this massive backlog
. ⚖️ Over 1.8 lakh (180,000) cases have been pending for more than 30 years
. 👨⚖️ There is a severe shortage of lawmakers, with India having only about 21 sanctioned judges per million people
. 🏛️ Shockingly, the government itself is the biggest litigant, involved in 50% of all pending cases

The human cost of this delay is unimaginable. Recently, a man in Bihar spent 28 agonizing years in jail, only to be acquitted due to a lack of evidence
. Who will return those 28 years of his life?
It is time for massive judicial reforms, better infrastructure, and fast-track courts. The common man deserves timely justice! ✊
