My Words ! i m related to a fitness gym and associated with Punjab Bodybuilding for many years.
i feel i have the unique power of speaking as i was a student of medical and left it and worked on the said fields so i have partial medical knowledge, research and also Islamic nutrition, exercise and ethical study, and when i joined PSCA, it filled my gap of study when i left medical college and i recommend all to study from PSCA level courses so that you all may continue your study by these shorts course and fulfill your deficiency of degree and knowledge.
