Forrest Knutson - Invidious

Building a Meditation Machine on this channel!

Teaching meditation simply for success! Meditative insights and techniques revealed and built on in bit-size trainings.

As someone who struggled with their "Linguistic Mind" for years, I'm here to tell you, it's unnecessary. In fact, it's counter productive, as it stimulates the sympathetic, which is "not the nerve you're looking for."

Many of the insights offered on this channel can't be found elsewhere. They are firsts, and unique to the discovery process I've walked through.

Many other insights are built on the shoulders of giants I've studied with. Interviews coming soon!
