Hey all, first off THANK YOU for all the emails and suggestions on what I should be doing/taking/fasting, etc... I'm going to tell you what I'm taking and doing. First off, no more Sugar, Alcohol, Bread, Pasta, Rice, Cheese. Also I'm doing more cardio, and weights, and I keep moving. I'm eating Eggs, Chicken, Salmon, Fruits, Salads, Broccoli, drinking 64 ounces of water daily, etc..
So...........this is what I've found after doing a TON of research on my own, and what helps with prostate and other cancers. I started this regiment on March 25th 2026. This is NOT medical advice this just what I'm personally doing. I bought all of these off from Amazon. There are many different brands, these just happen to be the ones I chose:
1. Apricot Kernels - 2 a day
2. Lycopene 500mg - twice a day
3. D3 + K2 - twice a day
4. Liberty Lifestyle Immune Defense - twice a day
5. Green Tea 25:1 Extract - one a day
6. Beta Sitosterol 500mg - twice a day
7. Cranberry 72mg PACs 50:1 - once a day
8. Stinging Nettle Root Extract 7500mg - once a day
What is NOT shown is that I'm also taking - 2 - 12mg (24mg total) a day of Ivermectin Tablets, and 375mg of Fenbendazole. If you want to know where to get these, I'm more than happy to tell you, just email me.
