Thanks for stopping by! My name is Jon, I’m a Multi-species angler with a focus on channel cats, pike, perch, walleye, bass, and rough fish. Located on the border of ND/MN
My goal with this channel is to document my adventures and hopefully help others learn more about fishing for their favorite freshwater species.

Cheese put a beat down on the pan fish today.
Also, When I wasn't paying attention he took my big spinning rod and some how cast it and caught a little pike on a chatterbait all by himself. Im so proud of the little guy.

The Red River Trifecta today. Man the carp and walleyes were fired up. Cats were sluggish and not biting, but we found a good number of other species.

The kids and I went out in town today. Found a couple fish willing to bite in some shallow warmer water. Caught a handful of small channel cats and some goldeyes. Hopefully with some warmer weather soon the river will turn on. Tight lines everyone
