Charlie is multiple neurodivergent (Autistic, ADHD, Complex PTSD), bi/pan, and identifies as a 'Queer AuDHDer'. As a CIPD-qualified HR Analyst with over 20 years' HR experience, Charlie's lived experience is underpinned with sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes, helping organisations to develop understanding, compassion, and respect for all kinds of minds. Azi Court (he/him) is a Gen Z student of Politics and English Literature, avid writer, LGBTQIA+ activist and emerging professional speaker. Azi is autistic, ADHD and queer.
