This channel is about technical 3D printing and self-developed 3D printed machines of all kinds.
In real life, I'm a packaging machinery engineer with a full-time job. But in my freetime I design, engineer and build all kinds of things that cross my mind. I've been developing things forever and it's a lot of fun. Unfortunately my time is very limited. That's why it always takes a little longer until new content is uploaded to youtube. I try to describe my developments as good as possible in my videos. For me it is very important that things remain simple and can be copied by others.
I try to link all purchased parts to make rebuilding as easy as possible.
I put a lot of work and brainpower and time into my projects. I hope that this will pay off one day.

A project we’ve been working on for quite a while is finally starting to come together.
This is the TCG System – our own automated trading card scanner and sorter, developed from the ground up.
From the mechanics and electronics to the software, almost everything is being developed by us. The machine automatically feeds and scans trading cards and can then sort them into different boxes based on customizable rules.
At the same time, we’re building the software around it for sorting, reviewing scanned cards and managing your collection and inventory.
The pictures show a few stages of the development – from some of the earlier prototypes to the current machine.

Today's tests were very successful. I tried different paste consistencies and mixed flour glue. Flour paste really is an excellent adhesive for labels. The labels stick straight and smoothly to the bottle.
