Honey& Onions recipe from @JosieLou
(Helps mitigate cough, better breathing, vocal chords, and overall health)

1. Half a Purple onion chopped into pieces
2. Pour in a mason jar
3. Pour honey over the onions
4. Make sure honey covers all chopped pieces, an inch over.
5. Close with lid & keep over night.

Every day and early in the am: 1 Spoon full (no onions) a a day! Love y'all

CELL PHONE MOVED AFTER THE CRIME....

Recently, nuggets surfaced from listening to Expert Testimonies in Federal Court M. Farwell. If the same methodology is applied to BPD Officer John O'Keefe's case, diving straight into the 36 steps recorded on John's phone during the 20-second relocation window (12:31:56 – 12:32:16am).

This data point, combined with the exact mechanical interaction of the lock button (11 seconds later), forms the one of most devastating physical sequence in the entire forensic file.

Analyzing the step telemetry alongside the immediate lock event shows an alarming coincidence with what FBI Master Digital Forensic Investigator Holmes, recently testified to and concluded in the Sandra Birchmore's case: "Her phone was moved after her death".

The hard-stop of registering/transmitting health data logically marks a data point, which helps narrow down and estimate to the closest proximity, the time a crime was committed, in both cases, times of death.

In the case of Sandra Birchmore: Her phone moved 8 minutes after her death.

In the case of BPD officer John O'Keefe: This happened after the 12:29:44 incoming call, assisted locating the phone, followed recording 20 seconds of activity from 12:31:56 to 12:32:16.
