Hello everyone! It’s been awhile since my latest video and I thought you should know why! I fell down my garage steps getting ready to ride my e-bike and broke my ankle in 3 places (called a trimalleolar fracture). It was awful trying to hold my ankle together just to make it to the ER. I had surgery several days later and have 15 screws and 3 plates. I am now post-op, stitches removed, and recovering at home. I’m using all my pain coaching techniques and mind-set to get me through this. I am very determined and optimistic about my recovery and even have some range of motion now.
