Maybe you're tired of feeling guilty every time you spend money on yourself. Maybe you've been thinking, "There has to be more than this." Maybe you just want something that's yours again.
I was there. After almost 30 years of nursing, I was running on empty.
So I started building something on the side. Something that fits my life, not the other way around.
I'm not going to tell you it's magic. It's not. But it gave me hope again, and it's helping me rebuild.

Does your collagen have lutein in it? 👀
Mine does. But what really got my attention was learning WHY lutein matters.
Lutein is an antioxidant carotenoid, and PRYSM iO gives me a way to track my skin carotenoid score over time. It doesn’t measure collagen or lutein specifically, but it gives me a measurable look at my carotenoid antioxidant status.
That’s what I love about combining wellness with technology. I don’t just want to take something because the bottle says it’s good for me. I want to learn, stay consistent, and actually track change over time.
