Back to where so much of our story began… ❤️
Last week, The Temptations arrived in Michigan early ahead of our October 9 show in New Buffalo to surprise Otis with a visit to the Motown Museum expansion construction site in Detroit.
Seeing the next chapter taking shape was an emotional moment for someone who helped write its first. These photos capture a visit, as well as a legacy, that means so much to so many of us.

The Temptations couldn’t be more grateful to One805 Santa Barbara and Kevin Costner for allowing us to take part in such an incredible event, honoring and supporting our first responders.
We had such an incredible time performing for you all and spending a night raising money for such an important cause, thank you again to all our fellow performers and to the incredible One805 Mental Wellness endowment, which provides mental health resources to Santa Barbara County’s first responders and their families.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Janie Bradford, a pioneering songwriter and cherished member of the Motown family.
From co-writing Motown’s first hit, “Money (That’s What I Want),” to “Too Busy Thinking About My Baby,” first recorded by The Temptations in 1966, Janie helped create music that will live on forever.
Known as the “brightest light in the room,” she will be dearly missed by her Motown family. Our deepest condolences go out to her family, friends, and everyone who knew and loved her.
Rest in peace, Janie. 🕊️
