Hey guys, Rudy here.
It's been over three months since the last upload on this channel, so I thought I'd give an update. In the last video, we tried seeing how it'd go having Jacob (aka Rusty) voice a video that I mostly wrote, and we made that clear in the opening credits, early in the prologue, plus in the outro of the video. We are continuing to try this out, but with even more qualified people than little ol' me. There are so many basketball fans out there who really love the game and who are also honest and fearless when it comes to reminding us that a better world is possible. We believe they deserve to be platformed.
So, the next two videos on this channel are going to be about the WNBA, something we've never covered before. The first will be pretty political, and the second one is all about analyzing the game itself. A lot of brilliant, talented people helped make these videos possible, and I'm excited for you guys to watch WNBA video #1 at the end of this month.
"The Chris Paul Video" Part Two and my personal Ja Morant deep dive are also being made, as well as a supercut that should come out right when the NBA season starts.
You all have been so dedicated to us over the years, so thank you all so so much for continuing to make this all possible. Jacob and I owe our livelihoods to you, and we look forward to trying to spread the wealth to other like-minded folks who want to make the world a better place through stories about basketball.

Around 9 or 10 years ago, Jacob started this channel when he was like 16. Recently, you may have noticed some changes... that's because this channel, the original "Rusty Buckets" channel, is now officially "Deep Dive with Rusty Buckets" and Jacob and I think this rebrand makes it a lot clearer how all of our channels work.
Basically: this channel is for in-depth content that's 30+ minutes in length.
Then there's @littlerustybuckets for videos 15 minutes or less about anything and everything...
And then the new "Rusty Buckets" channel (@alsorustybuckets ) is for videos on current NBA events, usually running between 15 and 30 minutes.
You can find OLDER videos on this channel in the playlist section, and TONIGHT we are trying something new: a "super cut" edition of Deep Dive on the career of Kawhi Leonard that mixes 3 of our videos (plus some extra) into one feature-length video. We hope you like it!
