Shipper & Warehouse Extortion: Going after facilities holding drivers past 4 hours and the predatory lumper fees that violate 49 U.S. Code § 14103.
Lease-Purchase Traps: Programs structured for failure from Day 1, designed to take the truck back after you’ve already paid for it.
HOS Coercion: If a delay forces you into a safety violation, the shipper and carrier are liable. We are documenting the patterns to prove it.
The Goal: Evidence-Based Pressure.
Individual complaints are ignored. Patterns of evidence are litigated. We are building a watchdog that uses real driver data to force transparency and accountability at scale.
