Eleana’s Everything
You don’t always need to know what comes next. 💛
In my conversation with Mary, we talked about change, starting over, and remembering to fill your own cup along the way. Having also moved from the Philippines to the U.S., parts of her story felt especially close to home for me.
Whatever season you’re in, it’s not your forever. Take what it’s teaching you and keep going. 😌

Eleana’s Everything
Brain Aneurysm Awareness Month is a reminder of the moment that changed my life, but also of everything that came after: healing, learning, slowing down, and finding new ways to live fully. 🌻
Over the years, I’ve realized that survival is only one part of the story. It’s also a reminder that healing does NOT always happen in big, visible moments.
This month, I’m not just celebrating myself, but also every survivor, families, caregivers, and the lives we continue to remember.
Awareness begins when we share what we’ve lived through — and sometimes, sharing our story becomes part of the healing too.
Let me be your constant reminder that you should never carry it all alone 💛

Happy National Wellness Month! 💛
This month, I want to remind you that taking care of yourself doesn't have to start with a complete lifestyle change.
Sometimes, it begins with something as simple as drinking enough water, taking a mindful break, moving your body, or checking in with yourself for a few quiet moments.
Every small act of care counts. And over time, those small choices become the habits that help us live healthier, happier lives.
Let me be your constant reminder to choose yourself, one small step at a time. 💛

Eleana’s Everything
Happy World Brain Day! 🧠💙
Eleven years ago, my life changed forever when I survived a ruptured brain aneurysm. The journey wasn’t easy, but it taught me that every day is a gift and that our brains deserve care, kindness, and patience.
Today, I’m grateful to be here, not just as a survivor, but as an advocate. Through Go Eleana Go, my mission is to encourage people to care for their brains, prioritize their mental well-being, and remind survivors that they are never alone.
If my story inspires even one person to slow down, take care of themselves, or keep going through a difficult season, then sharing it is worth it.
💛 Happy Brain, Happy Life.
What is one thing you’ll do today to take care of your brain? Share it in the comments, and let’s inspire one another.

Eleana’s Everything
Showing up for others should never mean disappearing from your own life.
In our third podcast episode, Marni shares how working as a paralegal in subsidized housing law became deeply personal, especially when supporting people who may not always be able to advocate for themselves.
She opens up about the emotional weight of the work, the importance of a strong support system, and how mindful living helps her continue showing up for others without forgetting to care for herself, too.
Because being strong doesn’t mean carrying everything alone. 💛
Watch the full conversation soon and discover how mindfulness can shape the way we work, grow, and move through life.

Eleana’s Everything
For a long time, I thought strength meant pushing through. Doing more. Being more. Never slowing down.
Then life gave me a different lesson. 💛
After surviving a ruptured brain aneurysm, I had to learn that healing isn’t about getting back to who you were before. Sometimes, it’s about becoming someone who listens more closely to herself, moves with intention, and understands that rest is not something you earn—it’s something you need.
That realization became the foundation of what I now call mindful living.
In Chapter 3 of my story, I’m sharing how this journey changed my relationship with success, health, and what it truly means to live well.

Eleana’s Everything
For years, I thought my headaches were just something I had to live with.
I was young, busy, and constantly on the go. When the headaches came, I pushed through them. I took medication, got some rest, and convinced myself they were normal. Until one day, they weren’t.
What I thought was another headache turned out to be a ruptured brain aneurysm — a life-changing moment that could have ended very differently.
As we observe Migraine and Headache Awareness Month, I want to share a gentle reminder: listen to your body. 💛
Recurring headaches, migraines, or symptoms that feel unusual deserve attention. Seeking medical advice doesn’t mean you’re overreacting. It means you’re taking care of yourself.
If you’ve experienced something similar, feel free to DM me.
I’m not a medical professional, but I’m always happy to share more about my personal experience.
Sometimes, just knowing you’re not alone can make a difference. 🤍

Eleana’s Everything
What once felt like the end of everything became the beginning of a journey filled with healing, advocacy, and a deeper appreciation for the life I get to live every day.
I’m honored to be featured by the Brain Aneurysm Foundation and grateful for every opportunity to help raise awareness for a cause so close to my heart.
Mindful living isn’t just about slowing down. It’s about finding purpose in your story, being present for the moments that matter, and using your experiences to help others feel less alone.
