Anime is something I’m relatively new now let me just say when I mean relatively new as in I’ve always watched some anime casually so relatively new as someone being a active watcher to and genuinely trying to get into and enjoy. But so many people get personally butthurt, passive-aggressive, or straight-up insulting because I don’t consume anime the way they want me to.

I started getting more into anime because it’s fun and an escape for me. I don’t see talking about anime as something so deep that you need to personally attack someone because you disagree with their opinion or how they choose to experience a series.

And I’m not saying people can’t criticize me or disagree with my takes. Of course you can. There’s just a very obvious difference between genuine criticism and people coming into every video in bad faith, insulting me, calling me a “larper,” questioning whether I’m a “real fan,” or making assumptions about my character because of how I watch anime.

It genuinely hurts my motivation sometimes. I don’t know how some of you who constantly whine in my comments think being hostile toward someone who is actively trying to get into something you love is somehow going to make them want to engage with it more.

You don’t have to agree with me. Just stop treating anime opinions like they’re personal attacks against you. It really isn’t that deep.

I think so many people genuinely don’t know what “LARPing” actually means, and now it’s just a filler word. Some anime fans are so annoying. Like, most, if not all, of the comments on some vids are just the same annoying people commenting the same thing over and over and over again. shut up already omg

This is the first time I have ever hit 1 million+ views in a month! Thank you! I’m very thankful that I tried to make a change with my channel that I wanted to do, and it’s working out. Hopefully, I can grow even more with this anime content because I am really enjoying it!

I get kinda satisfied seeing how many comments I get from people being upset and butt-hurt that I spoil myself because I’m just weird and autistic like that. I kinda enjoy consuming things like that from time to time, and it works for videos. If it does upset u, stay mad because I am not affecting anybody but myself. Also, just as a side note, it is not saying that I’m not going to watch the show. I’m making those videos because I’m interested in the shows. It’s just these videos are easier to make, and if they do well, then I can eventually do episode reactions. Then everyone wins. I want to grow the channel so I can do episode reactions, and it works for me.

Cartoons and video games would probably be the main other topics I’d do, while more out-there stuff would be things like live-action shows or movies.

Anime would still be the main focus of the channel, but I’m curious if you guys would be interested in seeing me branch out every now and then

So, a hobby of mine and my brother’s is collecting physical media. We’ve been collecting DVDs and Blu-rays from op shops since I was a kid, so we have a pretty decent collection now, and I’m still buying more!

I buy shows I haven’t even seen yet. For example, I’m trying to collect all of My Hero Academia because I know that when I eventually get around to watching it, I’ll probably love it same with cartoons or ones my brother has added that he likes he’s the one who pushed me to try and finish the bleach collection but if u want a idea of some shows I have seen

It’s always been my dream to build this channel, and maybe one day we can even get that Silver Play Button 🥹

The anime videos have been doing really, really well, and I’m still not entirely sure what direction I want to take the channel going forward — whether I should try episode reactions again or keep focusing on the videos I’ve been doing.

For now, I’ve just been trying to keep consistent with daily content and see where things go.

The support you guys have given me genuinely means the world. I only receive disability payments, so the money I’ve been able to make from ad revenue and you guys watching my videos has helped me a LOT as well.

Would you guys be interested in videos talking about manga and manhwa specifically?

Things like talking about and explaining the story of Goodnight Punpun, which I’ve been very interested in personally, or looking at some of the most popular manga that people swear by that don’t have an anime adaptation.
