Cumberland roots to Northwest life.
I was raised in the mountains of Tennessee where hunting, working with your hands, exploring the woods, and learning to take care of yourself were simply part of life. Those traditions followed me west to the mountains and big timber.
Cumberlander is about traditional outdoor life in a modern world hunting, backpacking, bushcraft, homesteading, land, vintage outdoor gear, trucks and equipment, emergency preparedness, and the skills and experiences.
Some videos will take us deep into the backcountry. Others might involve an old axe, a piece of equipment, a hunting trip, building something on the homestead, preparing for an emergency, or simply figuring out how to build a better life in the Northwest.
This isn’t a channel about one hobby. It’s about a way of Life

Hey guys, the fires in the northwest here have gotten pretty bad shout out to Nick’s boots they’re collaborating to raise money for the fire victims in Spokane. Please consider purchasing one of these shirts to raise money. You can help families out and get a cool shirt at the same time!

Sorry for not having a video again.I’m back east in Tennessee dealing with a death in the family. Love your grandparents and learn all you can from their back story they are not immortal.
I will try to get a video possibly towards the end of next week. It’ll be a short one.

Let’s have some FUN!
In my last video about Preppers dying I made a reference about a YouTube prepping channel that me and my best friend call the guy The
Pink Salamander….. What channel do you think I’m referring to? Give me your best guesses. 😂

Apparently, YouTube, and some other individuals in the comment section consider this a prepping channel. Do you consider this a prepping channel?
