Infinity is an automatic filtering of anything considered dangerous by Gojo's perception speed, which the best feat was against Jogo which gets the filtering speed to only around Supersonic. Anyone above that speed should blitz through it, and the only reason why Gojo seemed to have filtered everything in JJK is because he was stated to be the fastest in the verse in the first place. Anyone getting JJK's speed above MHS is outright wrong. In the verse, not a single one can spam Black Flash which would need around MHS reaction speeds. Therefore the verse caps below that, and even if we ignore this, Razor is way above anyways having MHS+ speeds.
Conclusion: Razor is way above the entirety of JJK as the verse caps at City and Supersonic speeds because Razor scales to Mountain and MHS+ speeds. While yes, Infinite Void is a great wincon against Razor, Gojo wouldn't even be able to pull it off before getting blitzed. WCS and Malevolent Shrine also gets blitzed by Razor.
