This week the channel crossed a small milestone which I thought would take much longer to reach.

I wanted to say thanks to everyone both who have been on the journey since the beginning and those who have recently joined the journey. I’ve really enjoyed creating these videos for you all and will get back to the regular posts once I’m back from vacation.

I’ve got plenty of new ideas that I’m excited to get on camera for.

Helping the team prep for a job that I’ll be away for. There’s been a few differences in my role now as a DoP ever since I transitioned from freelance to being employed full time.

For example having to systemize my technical processes so the team can pick up where I left off when I’m away.

It’s not every day that you get to be part of a writers’ room as a director of photography. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a great experience to collaborate with some truly talented storytellers to help bring a talent web series to life.

Wrapping up a three week stint of interstate jobs on this weeks vlog. Had a really cool opportunity to film a follow up video with some sugarcane farmers up in Queensland. It was a fun trip, but I'm glad to be back home.

New camera added to the kit to help with the BTS capture. It’s been a very long time since I bought a new camera, let a long an action camera.
