This channel is about more than just entertainment—it’s real. From video poker strategy and wild Vegas moments to great food and raw life lessons, I bring you into the highs, lows, and everything in between.

Social media has a way of making us believe everybody else is living some perfect life.

We see the wins, the trips, the money, the smiles—but we rarely see what someone is carrying when the camera is off.

Truth is, nobody has it all figured out. We all have great days, hard days, seasons where we feel unstoppable, and seasons where simply getting through the day is the victory.

That’s why comparing your life to someone else’s will steal your joy every time. You’re comparing your full reality to the small piece of their life they chose to share.

The only person you need to be better than is the person you were yesterday. Stay focused on your own journey. Give yourself grace. Keep growing.

You’re probably doing a lot better than you give yourself credit for.

This smile is the result of thousands of small decisions that nobody else saw. Better habits. Hard lessons. Staying consistent. Keep showing up, even when it’s hard. Your future self will thank you for starting today.

Growing up, we didn’t take family vacations. We didn’t own a car. Traveling wasn’t part of my life. It wasn’t something I ever imagined would be.

Last week, I crossed off my 46th state: Hawaii.

Over the last five years, I’ve visited 46 states and 11 countries.

I’m not sharing that to impress anyone. I’m sharing it because your starting point doesn’t have to determine where you end up.

For a long time, I thought the life I grew up with was just the life I’d always have. I was wrong. One good decision at a time, everything started to change. I got sober. I worked harder. I stayed consistent. I kept moving forward, even when progress was slow.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is this: you don’t have to inherit the life you were born into. You can build a different one.

Your life five years from now can be unrecognizable from the one you’re living today. It all starts with the decisions you make today.

At 43, I’ve realized something…

Every season of my life taught me something I couldn’t have learned any other way.

Being broke taught me to appreciate every dollar.

Losing over 80 pounds taught me that small, consistent changes can completely transform your life.

Going to the gym taught me that discipline shows up long after motivation leaves. The days you don’t feel like going are usually the days that matter the most.

Building businesses taught me patience. Success rarely happens overnight—it comes from showing up day after day, especially when nobody is watching.

Marriage taught me that love isn’t about finding a perfect person. It’s about choosing each other every day, communicating through the hard moments, and learning that being understood is more important than always being right.

The truth is, I’m still a work in progress.

I still overthink.

I’m harder on myself than anyone else is.

I still lose my temper sometimes.

I still have days where I wonder if I’m doing enough.

But I’ve learned that growth doesn’t mean becoming perfect. It means becoming a little better than you were yesterday.

The younger version of me wouldn’t recognize the life I have today.

Not because everything is perfect…

But because I never stopped leveling up.

If you’re in a season that feels impossible right now, don’t let today convince you that’s how your story ends.

Keep going.

One day you’ll look back and realize the things you hated most about your life became the very things that made you who you are.

I wouldn’t erase my past. Every bad decision, every setback, and every failure taught me something I needed to learn. The mistakes aren’t what define me—the lessons do. Whatever you’re walking through right now, don’t waste it. Learn from it, grow through it, and keep moving forward. One day you’ll look back and realize the very thing you wanted to erase helped shape the person you’ve become.

Your timeline doesn’t have to look like anyone else’s.

Start late.
Start over.
Take chances.
Make mistakes.
Learn from failure.

Success belongs to the people who keep showing up.

Working on becoming the person I keep telling myself I can be.
One workout. One good decision. One day at a time.
Gym first. Casino later. Balance
