Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Stabio, Switzerland, ASSOS of Switzerland produces the world’s most technologically advanced cycling apparel for all 4 seasons. The company was created to build aerodynamic carbon bike frames, however very quickly the founder Toni Maier realised that it was not the bike, but the clothing where the biggest performance & aerodynamic gains could be made and the first cycling lycra short was born. This philosophy of seeking the best answer rather than the expected answer is lived today by the company through our mantra of Destroy, Reset & Improve which drives all we do.
