Hey guys! It has come to my attention that small music content creators are taking samples of free use songs such as Minecraft music or ncs and they are licensing it as their own songs when they don’t own them, I’ve been hit with to copyright claims for people who don’t even own the music taking the revenue from my 2 recent streams. I can’t even dispute the copyright claims Becuase when I do YouTube agrees with these copyright holders didn’t agree with the song and deny my appeals.
This unfortunately means I have to discontinue using Minecraft music in my streams since these people are breaking YouTube TOS and wrongfully copyright claiming my streams in return making me no money at all, I’m sorry for those who enjoy the Minecraft music for the streams I did too but these evil people had to ruin it for everyone else including Minecraft YouTubers and others.
I still will be uploading every day but I won’t be using background audio other than my game audio.
I will not show the names of these people this time but I will not hesitate to expose you and others for harming other creators revenue and other Minecraft content creators for wrongfully striking people’s longform videos and streams, you know who you are.
