Welcome to Faith, Life & Fitness! ❤️
I’m Dee a single mom, entrepreneur, and the woman behind D180Fit. After transforming my own health and losing 100 lbs, I became passionate about helping everyday people realize that fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. Through simple, effective jump rope workouts and realistic healthy habits, I’m here to help you become stronger one day at a time.
But this channel is about so much more than fitness.
This is real life. Motherhood. Faith. Grief. Healing. Starting over. Learning to let go. Finding yourself again. And continuing to trust God through every season.
Here you’ll find jump rope workouts, motivation, lifestyle vlogs, faith-based conversations, Bible reflections, and honest life updates as I navigate motherhood, entrepreneurship, healing, and becoming the woman God is calling me to be.
If you’re working on becoming stronger physically, mentally, and spiritually, you’re in the right place. ❤️
One step, one skip, Together🙏🏽
