Some books don’t just get read — they awaken something within.

'Towards the Silver Crests of the Himalayas' reached me at the perfect moment, and I finished it in a single breathless day.

One message stayed with me amongst many:

Just as spiritual growth needs a conducive inner environment, leadership too must create a conducive outer environment for people to thrive.

When Maharaj spoke of unlocking one’s true potential, I couldn’t help but reflect on the workplace.

We often search outward for inspiration, motivation, validation — but real growth happens where the mind feels safe, the voice feels heard, and the soul feels trusted.

Because people don’t stay for perks or money — they stay when they grow.

They stay when the environment allows them to become a better version of themselves every day.

Great leaders are like the Gurus described in the book— they don’t force transformation;
they enable it.

They create the conditions where people naturally rise into who they were meant to be.

If you’re on a journey of conscious leadership, I strongly recommend reading this book at least once in your lifetime.

Not just for its spiritual wisdom,
but for how beautifully it mirrors the essence of leadership: create the environment, and the potential will reveal itself.

The babies made an appearance first. Yesterday, we finally met the mother. 🦂👀

We’d been spotting tiny scorpions in our mud house for days… turns out, there was a whole family living with us under the same roof.

And our cat seems very interested in the new friends. 🐈🙈

Honoured with a memento & certificate of appreciation from the legendary cartoonists @chintoo_toon Charuhas Pandit Sir and Vishwas Suryawanshi sir.

My cartoon asked:

“सबसे बड़ा रोग — क्या कहेंगे लोग?”

And answered:

“सबसे बड़ा इलाज — अपने मन की आवाज़।” ❤️

Because sometimes, the voice we need to listen to the most is our own.
