HIC × Money Purse Investor Meet | Insights from Industry Leaders


On 19th September, we had the opportunity to host the HIC × Money Purse Investor Meet, bringing together investors, entrepreneurs, promoters, CFOs, CEOs and senior management teams from a diverse set of companies and industries.

The objective of the meet was simple: to help investors go beyond numbers and understand businesses directly from the people who are building, managing and scaling them.

The event created a strong platform for investors to interact with management teams, understand business models more closely, evaluate industry opportunities, and gain deeper insights into strategy, execution, capital allocation and long-term growth.

Key areas discussed during the meeting included:

Digilogic Systems Ltd, led by CEO Shashank Varma Jetty, shared valuable insights on their deep-tech capabilities in defence space. The discussion covered the company’s business model, technology-driven solutions, defence opportunities, market potential and future growth direction. Also shared the latest developments The team also shared the latest developments of Project “Udaan” and presented a detailed floor-wise walkthrough video, offering participants a closer view of the project’s scale, structure, infrastructure and execution progress.

Chatha Foods Ltd:

Chatha Foods Ltd, represented by CFO Mr Vishal Singh Sirmauria, shared insights into the B2B food-processing and QSR supply ecosystem. The discussion covered processed food demand, ready-to-eat food opportunities, changing consumption trends and the growth potential within the food industry & The team also shared insights into their vegetarian product plan, which recently went live, and discussed how it aligns with evolving consumer preferences, market demand and the company’s broader growth strategy.

Heritage Foods Ltd;

Heritage Foods CEO Srideep Kesavan garu shared perspectives on the dairy and food products industry, consumer demand, margin-focused value-added products, industry dynamics and future growth opportunities. The discussion gave investors a better understanding of how established consumer businesses are adapting to changing market needs.

Capri Global Capital Ltd

Kishore Lodha garu, CFO of Capri Global Capital Ltd, shared insights into the company’s financial services business, including its gold loan portfolio, lending opportunities, business segments and future growth drivers. The conversation helped investors understand the company’s strategy in a competitive financial services landscape.

Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd :

Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd is a speciality chemicals company with a strong presence across carbon-based products and advanced material solutions. The company operates in segments such as coal tar pitch, carbon black, speciality oils, naphthalene and advanced carbon materials.
During the interaction, the management shared insights into the company’s business model, product portfolio, manufacturing capabilities and long-term growth opportunities. The discussion also covered the company’s focus on value-added products, capacity expansion, margin improvement and opportunities arising from new-age sectors such as lithium-ion batteries, electric vehicles and advanced materials.


Medicover Hospitals:

Mr Hari Krishna, Executive Director of Medicover Hospitals in India, shared valuable insights into the healthcare sector, hospital operations, expansion strategy and the growing demand for quality healthcare services.
He also spoke about Medicover’s journey in Hyderabad, how the hospital network was built and scaled, and how strategic expansion and operational execution helped create significant enterprise value.
The discussion further touched upon the company’s Hyderabad hospital exit, including how the transaction was structured and the strategic thinking behind the exit.

Sri Chakra Polyplast;

Sri Chakra Polyplast shared insights into the plastics and polymer products manufacturing sector. The discussion covered the company’s operations, industrial applications, market opportunities, industry trends and future growth direction.
