I’ve always known I love hard, but lately I’ve realized how many different places that shows up in my life. It’s not just romantic love. It’s how I love my son, my family, my clients, my dog, complete strangers, my body and finally myself.
This Real Life Blog is about forgiveness, watching patterns for growth, fighting for the people you love, rebuilding yourself when life knocks you down, and learning that sometimes love just looks differently—and sometimes it needs to come from a distance.
I don’t want the things that have hurt me to teach me how to love less. I just want to keep getting better at how I love, including how I love me.
Love is an action. It’s a choice that we make.
