Saturday puzzle. Two lines from the same spousal sponsorship file, and I want you to find what's wrong before you swipe.
Here's the thing: the couple didn't lie. They each answered honestly, one from the lease, one from memory of the moving truck. The officer doesn't know that. The officer sees two dates and sends a letter asking which one is true.
This is most of what an application review is. Not hunting for typos. Reading your entire file the way an officer will, every form against every letter against every receipt, and finding the places where your own documents disagree with each other. You can't see those gaps in your own story because you already know what you meant.
