🚨 Courtney Clenney Custody Update: Transferred out of Lowell Annex
There’s a new custody update for Courtney Clenney coming in today, September 14, 2026.
According to the latest notification, Clenney was transferred from Lowell Annex on September 14, 2026. Her next destination has not yet been identified, but she is in the custody of Lowell CI.
📍 So, what is Lowell Annex?
Lowell Annex is part of the Lowell Correctional Institution complex in Ocala, Florida, a Florida Department of Corrections facility for women. It houses adult female inmates and is separate from the Florida Women’s Reception Center, where Courtney initially entered the state prison system for intake and classification. Lowell is the oldest women's prison in Florida and has been open since 1956. It's the largest women's prison in the country.
Now, less than a month after entering FDOC custody, she’s apparently on the move again.
Courtney is serving a 6-year prison sentence followed by 5 years of probation for the death of Christian Obumseli.

Today’s hearing in the case against Sean Higgins was only 17 minutes — but Judge Michael Silvanio set a date that could change everything. 👀
📅 FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE: 10.19.26 at 2:30 PM ET — IN PERSON
The court discussed the remaining issues before trial, including the defense’s request for independent testing of additional blood vials and outstanding accident reconstruction discovery.
But the BIG moment…
Judge Silvanio said that on October 19, the case will either be resolved or placed on the trial list.
If the case does not resolve:
➡️ Jury selection begins 12.01.26
➡️ Trial is expected to begin 01.05.27
October 19 could be a pivotal day in the case against Sean Higgins, who is accused in the deaths of NHL star Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew Gaudreau.

📺 QUICK TTVL UPDATE
Well… that was a little too close for comfort. 😳⚡
We had some pretty intense storms roll through tonight, and lightning struck VERY close to our house. Thankfully, we’re okay — our modem, however, was not so lucky. It got zapped. 💀
So, we are currently without internet and unfortunately won’t be able to stream until we can get everything back up and running.
We’re working on it and will be back online as soon as humanly possible! We’ll keep you posted once we know more.
