Welcome. I'm Michele Holden, a mixed-media artist exploring creativity, intuition, and authentic visual language through the practice of creating from the inside out.
Through art journaling, abstract mixed media, and reflective field notes, I explore what happens when we slow down, pay attention, and follow the threads that continue to call us.
Here you'll find reflections on:
• Authentic visual language
• Intuitive mixed media
• Following the thread
• Creative self-discovery
• Building meaningful bodies of work
• Creating from the inside out
I believe that authentic visual language doesn't emerge by constantly searching for new ideas. It emerges when we're willing to stay with a feeling, a place, or a thread long enough for its visual language to reveal itself.
This is a space for artists who long to create with more meaning, more intuition, and more trust.
One soulful layer at a time.
Welcome to the journey.
