Last night's AI workshop for PMI Delaware Valley Chapter
AI Project Control: Build. Test . Govern your digital project team

It was part 1 of 2 workshops.

It was an immersive experience.

We Choose → Define → Build → Test → Fix → Retest → Take to work AI Agent

Participants identified where they spend most of their time and decided to build an AI agent for that.

Participants started from scratch and built and tested an AI Agent on

1) Claude

2) ChatGPT

3) Copilot

4) Gemini

5) Perplexity

At the end of the workshop, they were confident enough to build an AI Agent themselves.

Before the next workshop, they will build multiple AI agents themselves.

I can give only one hour a day.”



That was the first thing Muhammad Kashif told me.



Not his goal.



His limit.



His office hours were demanding. Often, they ran late.





And a few months ago, he didn’t know a single PMP® concept.



I told him: we don’t need more hours. We need a plan built for this one.



Then life tested that hour.





Family responsibilities. Personal challenges. Days he went completely off track.





This is where most people quietly disappear.



Shamim didn’t let him.



Every day, a task. Every task, a deadline.



And when Muhammad Kashif went silent, the message still came:



“How much is done? Is it complete or not?”
